How fast do cards actually arrive?

Standard campaigns print within 2 business days and typically deliver in 5–9 days with USPS Marketing Mail. Triggered sends (like abandoned checkout) ship First-Class and usually land in 3–5 days. Every piece carries an Intelligent Mail barcode, so you can watch delivery scans in real time.

What does it cost? Are there minimums?

You pay per piece — printing, postage, and tracking included. Postcards start at $0.59. There are no minimums, no contracts, and no setup fees: send 50 cards or 500,000. Volume and plan discounts apply automatically. The full rate card is public — every format, every plan, no call required.

How do you prove it works?

Two ways, both built in. Matchback: we match orders back to mailed addresses within your attribution window, deduplicated against your other channels. Holdouts: every campaign can reserve a randomized control group, so you see true incremental revenue — not just correlation.

Do I need my own designer?

Where do the addresses come from?

Is direct mail even legal for my unsubscribers?

Yes. Email opt-outs govern email under CAN-SPAM; postal mail operates under separate rules. We maintain suppression lists, honor do-not-mail requests automatically, and follow DMA guidelines — so you stay compliant while reaching customers email can't.
